STRATEGIC PARTNERS CONGRATULATED EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY ON THE REPUBLIC DAY

Amanzholov University received congratulations on Republic Day from its strategic partners from Italy. The University of Cassino and Southern Lazio has been actively cooperating with S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University for more than five years within the framework of the academic exchange programme.

This co-operation opens new horizons for students and teachers of both universities, promoting knowledge exchange and cultural interactions. Within the framework of this programme it is also planned to implement a double degree initiative on the educational programmes “Sports Management” and “Global Economy”’.

Let us remind you that in October last year the delegation of East Kazakhstan University paid a working visit to the partner universities of Italy, University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, University of Genoa, Link Campus University. During the negotiations agreements were signed between the universities on opening a branch of the University of Genoa, double degree educational programmes, joint research, academic mobility of faculty and students, as well as the opening of the Salvatore Quasimodo Italian Language and Culture Centre on the basis of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University – as a centre for promoting Italian culture, education and scientific achievements among young people in the Eastern region of Kazakhstan.
