LECTURE WITH THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COURT

The Head of the Department of Jurisprudence, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Zhanna Sadykanova conducted a theoretical and practical lecture on the discipline of administrative law of the RK. At the lecture was invited chairman of the Specialised Interdistrict Administrative Court of East-Kazakhstan region Amerar Amerkhanov, who told the students about jurisprudence, judicial and prosecutorial activity. In particular, about the implementation in practice of the Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Also during the lesson the guest of the university informed the students about the new rules of this Code and the essence of administrative proceedings.
