DESIGNING PRACTICES BASED ON PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITIES AND THEIR RESEARCH FINDINGS

As part of the cycle of methodological seminars of the department for the organization of educational and methodological work held a training seminar on the theme “Designing practice on the basis of pedagogical activities and the results of its research”.

Speakers were senior-lecturer of the Department of Pedagogical Education and Management Gulmira Makshieva and teacher-researcher, methodologist of the kindergarten-yasli №1 “Balapan” Kasymova Ayauzhan. It should be noted that on the basis of the kindergarten-yasli operates a branch of the department of the university.

During the seminar Gulmira Kurmanbaevna presented the concept of designing professional practice of students. Special attention was paid to the specifics of preschool education, including individual approach to children.
Ayauzhan Maratovna presented cases from real practice, illustrating how the results of research contribute to improving the quality of training of students. The seminar participants discussed methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the organization of research work of students in the period of pedagogical practice. Representatives of internship bases presented their experience of interaction with higher education institutions, as well as their expectations from trainees.

It should be noted that the event was an important step towards the introduction of innovative methods in the educational process of the university.
