ADVANCED TRAINING: “EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP AND HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT”

From December 23 to 25, 2024 within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation between S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University and the Institute of Forensic Examinations in East Kazakhstan region held a training course on “Effective Leadership and Personnel Management”.

The participants of the program were heads and deputy heads of the branch of the State Enterprise “Forensic Expertise Center of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. Leading the course was an associate professor, candidate of psychological sciences Julia Kukina with the participation of a third-year student of EP “Psychology” Dmitry Poteshkin.

The aim of the course was to improve professional and managerial competencies and develop leadership skills.
