SPARTAKIADE 2025: SWIMMING AS PART OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University actively promotes the values of a healthy lifestyle among students and staff. A vivid confirmation of this was the annual field day, within the framework of which today was held swimming competition. Two swimmers from each team participated. Aydyn Uskembayev, a senior lecturer of the Department of Culture, Sports and Initial Military Training, was entrusted with judging.

Swimming of each participant demonstrated skill, willpower, agility and desire to win.

-I represent the team of the Higher School of IT and Natural Sciences. I really want to swim to the finish line in the shortest possible time. I am grateful to the university for the events that help to maintain a healthy lifestyle,” said Araylym Tukushova, a participant of the Spartakiade.

According to the results of the team game, the Higher School of Humanities won the first place, the Higher School of Pedagogy won the second place, and the Higher College took the third place.

In individual competition among men the first place was taken by Alexander Zuev, the second – Ernaz Ermekov, the third – Bekzhan Abylkasymov. Among women the first was Olga Kuvshinnikova, the second place won Tolganai Faizullaeva, and the third – Nazira Sagymgalyeva.
