EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY HELD A MASTER CLASS “CREATIVITY IN DESSERT”

S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University held a pastry master class “Creativity in dessert”, organized by the women’s club “Korkem”. The master class was conducted by one of the best confectioners of the city Dinara Kalymbekovna.

During the event, participants were familiarized with the intricacies of confectionery skills: finishing of cupcakes, making trayfles and cake decorating. In parallel with studying the theory, the girls honed their practical skills by preparing sweets.
