CAREER GUIDANCE WORK OF EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY IN SHEMONAIKHA DISTRICT

Representatives of Amanzholov University headed by Rector Mukhtar Tolegen visited Shemonaikha district, where they held a career guidance meeting with school graduates. School graduates were provided with detailed information about educational programs and advantages of studying at the university.

The concert “Days of Amanzholov University” became a landmark event of the visit. Akim of Shemonaikha district Kenesbaev Didar Mukhtarbekovich made a welcoming speech. He noted that our university is one of the largest universities of the country with a rich history, graduates of which are many teachers of the district. Emphasizing the importance of conscious choice of profession, the akim expressed gratitude for holding such a significant event.

For active cooperation in the field of career guidance, the district akim was awarded a breastplate named after Abai Kunanbayuly. Representatives of the education department and teachers who made a special contribution to the development of the university were also awarded. As a token of appreciation, the rector of the university presented letters of gratitude to parents of students from Shemonaikha district, whose children have achieved high success in their studies and social life.

– It is gratifying to see that schoolchildren showed great interest in the university, especially after the concert. Graduates from the districts traditionally show high results on UNT, successfully study with us, actively participate in scientific and social life. So, today I was pleased to present grants of the university to excellent students, – shared Rector of East Kazakhstan University Mukhtar Tolegen.

The event ended with bright vocal and dance numbers of East Kazakhstan University activists. The choreographic number on ecological themes, which left a strong impression on the audience, aroused special interest. This once again confirmed that student life at the university is rich and multifaceted.
