A RESEARCHER FROM PARIS RECEIVED EXPERT ADVICE AT UNIVERSITY

The Department of Ecology and Geography welcomed Jeanne Paul-Roth, a second-year master’s student at the University of Paris. She visited the university after reviewing articles published in international peer-reviewed journals on her research work. Her work analyzes the growing rare minerals industry in East Kazakhstan with a focus on current lithium exploration and development projects. In addition, she is conducting research on the level of environmental and cultural awareness of the region’s residents. Prospects for joint scientific articles have also been explored.
