STUDENTS OF EP “JURISPRUDENCE” VISITED THE EAST KAZAKHSTAN REGIONAL MUSEUM OF LOCAL LORE

Kuat Rakhimberdin, Doctor of Law, organized an excursion to the East Kazakhstan Regional Museum of Local Lore for students of the Jurisprudence educational program.

The tour was held as part of the course “History of the State and law of the Republic of Kazakhstan“. The students saw the unique artifacts of the “Gold of the Great Steppe“ exhibition. In particular, gold finds from the necropolises of Berel, Shilikty, Eleke Sazy, as well as learned about the life of the ancient Saks, Kimaks and Turks. The students were particularly interested in the Ust–Kamenogorsk History Hall and the Hall of Military Glory, dedicated to the exploits of soldiers from East Kazakhstan during the Great Patriotic War.
