EMERGENCY SUPPORT AND STABILIZATION OF THE EDUCATOR IN THE FACE OF CHRONIC FAILURE

A practical seminar for principals and psychologists of 25 target schools on “Emergency support and stabilization of a teacher in conditions of chronic failures” was held on the basis of the East Kazakhstan Regional Department of Education in cooperation with the Regional Scientific and Methodological Center of Information Technologies in Education “Orken” and a branch of the Republican Scientific and Pedagogical Center “Orleu”.

The seminar was attended by Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology and Correctional Pedagogy, Candidate of Psychological Sciences Yulia E. Kukina and Master of Psychology K. D. Kanapianova. Yulia Yevgenyevna gave a lecture on stress resistance of teachers, as well as a practical lesson on methods of stress management.

Kymbat Dautbekovna emphasized on long-term strategies to restore teachers’ resources and familiarized the participants with constructive techniques to overcome professional emotional burnout.

At the end of the seminar, a feedback session was organized, where participants received answers to their questions and methodological recommendations. The event attracted more than 60 participants.
