THE COUNCIL OF THE ACADEMIC COMMITTEE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND INITIAL MILITARY TRAINING WAS HELD

The Academic Committee Council was held at the Department of Culture, Sports and Initial Military Training. During the meeting they discussed key issues related to the educational programs for the 2025-2026 academic year.

One of the central issues was the consideration of the Competency Map of the educational program “Physical Education and Sport” and “Physical Education and Sport” for Master’s degree. Special attention was paid to the relevance of the competencies necessary for the training of future specialists and their compliance with modern requirements of the educational process.

The participants also discussed the Modular Guide of educational programs of bachelor’s degree, including “Physical Education and Sport”, “Physical Education and Initial Military Training”, as well as the master’s program “Physical Education and Sport”. The report on this topic was presented by the manager of the educational program Suntsov V.V., who dwelled in detail on the content of modules and their updating in accordance with modern educational standards.

In addition, the current issues of the organization of the educational process, the prospects of interaction between the department and specialized organizations and the introduction of innovative teaching methods were considered.
