A MEETING OF THE ACADEMIC COUNCIL WAS HELD AT THE DEPARTMENT OF KAZAKH, RUSSIAN PHILOLOGY AND JOURNALISM

At the Department of Kazakh, Russian Philology and Journalism held a regular meeting of the Academic Committee, dedicated to the discussion of current issues of educational programs: 6В01701 – “Kazakh language and literature”, 6В01708 – “Kazakh language and literature in schools with non-Kazakh language of instruction” (IP), 6В01702 – “Russian language and literature”, 6B01709 – “Russian language and literature in schools with Russian and non-Russian language of education”, 7M01701 – “Kazakh language and literature”, 7M01702 – “Russian language and literature”, 6B03201 – “Journalism”, 8D01701 – “Kazakh language and literature”.

During the meeting the questions of improvement and actualization of educational programs taking into account the current and prospective needs of the labor market were considered. The discussion was attended by teacher of Abai Humanities College Beketayeva G., teacher of Zhambyl school-gymnasium, PhD Mukasheva M.K., teacher of school №47, master teacher Zhienbaeva D.B., teacher of Belousov secondary school, research teacher Akanbek A., teacher of Menovnov secondary school Starostenko T., as well as other stakeholders who expressed their opinions on the agenda items.

Involvement of students and employers in the process of developing educational programs is the most important condition for ensuring the quality of education.
