EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY SIGNED MEMORANDUMS WITH THREE LEADING UNIVERSITIES IN AZERBAIJAN

A memorandum of cooperation was signed between S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University and three leading universities of Azerbaijan. In particular, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (ADPU) and Azerbaijan University of Languages. The agreement aims to expand cooperation in higher education, as well as strengthen partnership in training qualified teaching staff for both countries.

A round table was organized at ADA University, where the participants discussed the effective implementation of mutual double degree programs between the countries, innovations, scientific research, expansion of mutual exchange programs. As a result of the discussions, a signing ceremony of 40 memorandums of understanding was held with the participation of a total of 17 universities from the two countries.

– I see the collaboration of our universities with the prospect of implementing a double degree program to train teachers, philologists, linguists and translators, future specialists in journalism and international relations; joint participation in international grant programs and projects, academic mobility of faculty and students, – said Rector of East Kazakhstan University Mukhtar Tolegen.
