PRESENTATION OF A COLLECTION OF LITERARY WORKS BY FEMALE STUDENTS TOOK PLACE AT EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY

In the Higher School of Humanities of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University the presentation of the literary collection “Lyrical Laces” dedicated to the International Women’s Day – March 8 was held.

– Today we presented an unusual book dedicated to the creativity of girls. The collection contains works filled with national spirit and knowledge, glorifying the soul, upbringing, art and manners of a Kazakh girl. The main goal is to develop, support and stimulate the creative potential of female students,” said Dean of the Graduate School of Humanities Slyambek Orazalin.

The presentation of the collection was attended by the director of the publishing house “Berel” Sara Askarovna, sponsoring the release of creative works and literary collections born from the pen of student youth, the head of the circle “Zhas tilshi”, editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Menin Olkem” Talgatzhan Mukhamadiev and head of the Department of Foreign Languages and Translation Gulnara Kapysheva.

Within the framework of the event, the winners of the reflection contest “Asyl ana”, organized within the framework of the challenge “Letter to Mother”, which is held throughout the country, were awarded. Ten students recognized as the best were awarded special prizes.

The gala evening turned into a concert program, during which students recited heartfelt poems about mothers. As part of the academic mobility program, students from Tajikistan also contributed to the event by performing a Tajik folk dance. In addition, dombrists performing a medley of Kazakh kyuys added a special national flavor to the event.
