RECTOR OF EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY CONGRATULATED THE VETERAN OF THE MUSIC DEPARTMENT ON INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY

On the eve of International Women’s Day, the Rector of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University Mukhtar Tolegen paid a festive visit to an outstanding personality, a veteran with endless energy, a person who for many years was an integral part of the Department of Music of East Kazakhstan University – Lidia Kuzminishna Kolykhalova.

– Her labor, dedication and love for music became the basis for many generations of students who remember her lessons with gratitude. Everyone who had the honor to study and work next to her, always notes her profound knowledge, sincere care for her students and desire to pass on the love for music and art, – said the rector.

It is worth noting that whole pages of the history of our department are connected with this remarkable person. Today we are proud of her contribution to the development of music education and thank her for all the efforts she put into the formation of creative and professional qualities of her students.

– By invitation I came to East Kazakhstan University, which at that time was called UKPI, and I can confidently say that I have never regretted my decision. This educational institution had a wonderful staff, excellent teachers, who, most importantly, sincerely cared about their students, creating a comfortable atmosphere for learning and development, – said Lyudmila Volkhina.

On this day, filled with warmth and gratitude, the staff of East Kazakhstan University expresses deep gratitude to Lyudmila Petrovna for her many years of work and invaluable contribution to the development of the Department of Music.
