NATIONAL KURULTAI: EDUCATION IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF EDUCATION

The kurultai has always been an important symbol of steppe democracy in the history of the Kazakh people. At today’s National Kurultai, held in Burabay, significant issues for the future of the country were considered. Special attention was paid to the role of upbringing as an integral part of education.

An educated person is a future professional, and a conscientious specialist is the basis of a strong state consisting of honest and hardworking people. Patriotism, education and upbringing are important qualities that should become indispensable features of modern youth.

Our university has created all conditions for students not only to get knowledge, but also to realize their advanced ideas. Thanks to the support of the university rector Mukhtar Adilbekovich, who inspires young people and promotes the development of their initiatives, today there are more than 20 student self-governing organizations at the university. Among them:

– For future defenders of the Fatherland – military department named after Kabanbay Batyr;

– For students with a good heart – volunteer clubs “Meirim” and “Shuak”;

– For those aspiring to become leaders – Youth Affairs Committee, “Zhastar rukhy”, “Parasatty Zhastar”;

– For lovers of poetry – clubs “Okirman” and “Kalamger”;

– For those who want to shine on stage – student theater “Shabyt”;

– For supporters of healthy lifestyle and sports – sports club “Sport”, chess club “Akbozat”;

– For those who care about the environment – ecological club “Zhasyl Tolkyin”;

– For girls seeking to preserve traditional values – club “Korkem”;

– For excellent students and activists – Student Parliament;

– For those who want to know themselves better – psychological club “Mind Matters Club”;

– For future orators and fair judges – debate club “Dilmar” and intellectual club “Parasat”.

Berdibek Sokpakbaev’s words come to mind: “A child is a candle that needs to be lit”. Our task is to light this candle in each student, helping him to reveal his potential.
