STUDENTS OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY PREPARED A FESTIVE CONCERT FOR ORPHANS ON THE DAY OF MERCY

On March 15, on the day of charity the chair of computer modeling and information technologies together with the chair of chemistry visited the Specialized orphanage of Ust-Kamenogorsk city. The purpose of the charitable action, which was actively participated by faculty and students, is to show care, mercy and good neighborliness.

Representatives of the university pleased orphans with a concert program, fairy-tale performance “Three Little Pigs” and sweet treats. In addition, the Specialized Orphanage received stationery: colored pencils, notebooks and drawing albums.

According to Bakyt Shaihova, head of the Chemistry Department, such events will help instill a culture of charity in the younger generation.

-We are very grateful to the representatives of East Kazakhstan University for their time. Attention and feeling of positive emotions are very important for our kids, – said the director of the institution Gulmira Mirkhat.

Recall that since ancient times the principle of mutual assistance helped nomads to overcome difficulties and achieve new goals. The value of mutual assistance has always existed in the Great Steppe, it united people into a single, united nation. For example, families in need of help always received substantial material support from the Aulians. The victims were allocated cattle, clothes, dwelling, utensils. This was a manifestation of sympathy and unity.
