AN OPEN LECTURE WAS HELD ON THE TOPIC OF “NAURYZ-ULYSTYN ULY KҮNI”

At the Department of History of Kazakhstan and Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, the faculty organized an open lecture on “NAURYZ-ULYSTYN ULY KҮNI”.

During the event, teachers and professors presented video presentations revealing the rich culture and history of the Kazakh people. The history, meaning and specifics of Nauryz were discussed in detail.

According to the speakers, it is one of the oldest holidays, which appeared about five thousand years ago. Nauryz itself is a symbol of renewal, birth of new life, new opportunities. It is celebrated by millions of people in Asia and Europe.
