EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY DOCTORAL STUDENTS AT THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL CONFERENCE IN BARNAUL

Doctoral students of the Department of Ecology and Geography of the Higher School ІТNS Aitkozhina S.K., Avgustkhanova G.A. and Sabyrbaeva B.T. took part in the international scientific-practical conference “Geographical research of Siberia and the Altai-Sayan transboundary region”, dedicated to the memory of Doctor of Geographical Sciences, Professor V.S. Revyakin. The conference was held in the city of Barnaul (RF) as part of their foreign internship, where they made a report and presented the results of their research.

The conference covered new results of geographical research of Siberia and the Altai-Sayan transboundary region, socio-economic development of the territory, landscape planning and land resources management, as well as topical issues of nature management, ecological and geographical challenges and problems.
