EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR AWARDED WITH “KURMET” ORDER

Professor of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University was awarded with an honorary badge from the hands of the President of the country Kasym-Jomart Tokayev – the Order “Kurmet”.

Note, Skakov Mazhyn Kanapinovich Skakov is a doctor of physical and mathematical sciences. For several years he has been working at the Department of Physics and Technologies of East Kazakhstan University, teaching a new generation of highly qualified professionals.
The professor’s scientific interests are confined to the fundamental field of condensed matter. He is the scientific director of a number of programs, grants and projects in priority directions for the Republic of Kazakhstan. Among the scientific achievements of Mazhyn Skakov: seven monographs, 93 articles in Web of Science and Scopus, 184 articles in the publications of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 56 certificates of authorship for inventions and others.
