JOB GUARANTEE: THE UNIVERSITY HELD A DIALOG WITH THE EAST KAZAKHSTAN REGION POLICE DEPARTMENT

Specialists of the Police Department of East Kazakhstan region met with students of graduating courses of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University. The main purpose of the dialog is employment of young men and women.
As noted Rector of East Kazakhstan University Mukhtar Tolegen, interaction with law enforcement agencies, internships, internships and employment of graduates of the university – an important component of joint work.

Marat Bayandinov, Acting Head of the Department of Educational and Personnel Work of East Kazakhstan Region Police Department, told about the main advantages of service in law enforcement agencies. According to him, all officers receive monthly housing payments for each family member, which covers one of the main needs. It is also important that police officers are provided with a stable salary, social package and early retirement – at the age of 45 if they have a special rank.

Marat Bayandinov paid special attention to college graduates. They have the opportunity to get higher education in the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on a free basis. There are five such higher schools in the country – in Almaty, Karaganda, Kostanai, Astana and Aktobe. Upon completion of training, young people are provided with official employment with a decent salary.

-We also guarantee scholarships, free uniforms, three meals a day and comfortable accommodation, – emphasized Marat Bayandinov.

Acting Deputy Head of the Department of Educational and Personnel Work of the Police Department of the region Dauren Balykshinov told about the requirements for candidates. Among the important points – citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, age from 18 to 35 years old and higher education.
It is noteworthy that the service accepts graduates of various educational programs. The meeting was attended by students of social, pedagogical, legal specialties. Subsequently, they can apply for open positions of investigator, inquirer, criminalist, psychologist, operative commissioner, district police officer and others.
