AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY UPGRADED QUALIFICATIONS OF AYAGOZ TEACHER

From April 16 to 29, 2025 on the basis of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University held an online professional development course for teachers of the region on “Modern approaches to human resource management in education: professional development of teachers”.

The university systematically develops mechanisms of integration of science, education and practice, promoting not only theoretical but also practical growth of teachers in the region. By the way, this course was organized within the framework of the scientific project “Адами капиталды басқару, цифрлық экономиканы дамыту жағдайында еңбек ресурстарының сапасын арттыру”, which received a grant from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2024. The training was conducted by teachers from Kazakh school No. 6 in Ayagoz city. The project is a vivid example of how science contributes to the development of the regional education system, strengthening the professional competencies of teachers and responding to the challenges of the modern digital economy.

The educational program was conducted by Professor Rakhmetulina J.B. and Senior Lecturer Abylaihanova T.A., recognized experts in the field of human resource management and professional development of teachers. All participants of the course successfully completed the training and received the relevant certificates.
