AN ANGEL GIVING HAPPINESS TO CHILDREN: EAST KAZAKHSTAN UNIVERSITY HOSTED A MEETING WITH MARIA BEISEKENOVA

In S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University held a meeting with Maria Baimukhankyzy Beisekenova – director of the Support Center for Children in Need of Special Social Services “Ymit”, holder of the order “Kurmet”, veteran of the education system.

At the beginning of the event the audience was presented a video clip dedicated to the life path of Maria Baimukhankyzy.

Rector of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University Mukhtar Tolegen made a welcoming speech:

– Today is a special day for us. In the walls of Amanzholov University we meet with the person, whose life is filled with kindness and care, who made a huge contribution to the education of the younger generation. Maria Baimukhankyzy is a truly legendary person. She devoted her whole conscious life to the care and education of children. Since 17 years she started her pedagogical activity, graduated from Ust-Kamenogorsk Pedagogical College and since then she has been working tirelessly for the benefit of the Eastern region. Her contribution to the society is huge. We closely cooperate with the “Ymit” center and annually provide grants to its pupils. Many talented graduates are now studying at our university. On behalf of the University, I congratulate Maria Baimukhankyzy on her jubilee,” said the rector.

At the end of the speech, the rector presented the guest of honor with a special chapan (national Kazakh clothing) as a sign of respect and gratitude.

One of the touching moments of the evening was the theatrical performance of the student theater “Shabyt” on the theme of motherhood. Monologues and stage images resonated in the hearts of the audience, conveying the most genuine emotions. Also musical and dance numbers decorated the evening. From the youth of the university Maria Baimuhankyzy was given a memorable gift called “The kindest person”.

– To be in this educational institution is a great honor for me. Many of my students studied here and achieved great success. I witness how the university develops and opens the way to the future for every child. I express my sincere gratitude to Rector Mukhtar Adilbekovich and the entire staff of the university,” Maria Beisekenova shared her warm words.

At the end of the evening there was an open dialogue between the students and the guest of honor.
