MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION SIGNED BETWEEN AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY AND UNIVERSITY SAINS MALAYSIA

Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University and Universiti Sains Malaysia signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at developing academic and scientific cooperation.

The memorandum between Amanzholov University and Universiti Sains Malaysia provides for cooperation in such areas as academic mobility of students and staff, joint research and events, as well as the exchange of scientific publications.

It is worth noting that Universiti Sains Malaysia has the status of a leading research university in Malaysia and Asia. This is confirmed by its high positions in international rankings:
– 146th in the QS World University Rankings 2025;
– top 500 range in Times Higher Education 2025;
– 401st in the global rankings and 96th among Asian universities in US News Best Global Universities 2024.

This partnership is an important step towards strengthening the scientific potential of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University and broadening the horizons for students and scientists of the university.
