THE FINAL MEETING OF THE ACADEMIC COMMITTEE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF BIOLOGY WAS HELD

At the Department of Biology of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University held the final meeting of the Academic Committee on the results of 2024-2025 academic year.

The following issues were considered in the agenda:

1. Results of work of the academic committee for 2024-2025 academic year and approval of the main documents and work plan for 2025-2026 academic year.
The results of work for the past academic year were analyzed, achievements and shortcomings were considered. Specific areas of work and action plan for the next academic year were approved.

2. Discussion and approval of syllabuses for disciplines for the academic year 2025-2026.
The syllabuses were reviewed in accordance with the updated educational programs, with special attention to compliance with methodological requirements. All the syllabuses were approved.

3. provision of disciplines with methodical materials for the new academic year.
The completeness of teaching and methodical materials for each discipline (methodical instructions, presentations, assignments) was checked and the necessity of their updating was considered.

4. Readiness of the teaching-methodical complexes (TMC) of the department for the new academic year and their approval for the 2025-2026 academic year.
The content of UMKs was analyzed for compliance with the normative requirements. Necessary corrections were made and it was proposed to approve them.

5. Approval of the act of introduction for the new academic year.
The act of introduction of new disciplines and changes in the educational process was formalized and approved at the level of the department and faculty.

At the end of the meeting all decisions were formalized in protocol, clear steps were defined, aimed at the effective organization of the educational process.
