COURSE “LEARNING AND ASSESSMENT STRATEGIES IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION”

The course “STRATEGIES OF LEARNING AND EVALUATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITIZATION OF HIGH EDUCATION” was completed in Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University.

The course was held from June 2 to June 13, 2025. The intensive course was developed and conducted by Professor Aydos Agdarbekovich Mukhataev, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.

Participants had access to a series of author’s video lectures, consisting of 24 videos and presentations (including media) on 10 topics.

This course is practice-oriented, it is aimed at the formation of modern pedagogical competencies.

The course participants studied teaching strategies. Special attention was paid to collaboration, critical thinking technology, and the use of ICT, which are actively used in the educational process.

The course included practical exercises on analyzing cases, creating digital assignments on formative assessment of students’ learning achievements. Effective methods of feedback and individualization of learning with the use of ICT were discussed.

The course is focused on improving the quality and effectiveness of teaching and assessment in the digital transformation of higher education.

At the end of the course the teachers of East Kazakhstan University eceived certificates of professional development and certificates of microqualification “Methodologist in Educational Strategies”.
