AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY ORGANIZED A CAREER-ORIENTATION TOUR FOR SCHOOL GRADUATES
A career-orientation tour was held at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University for graduates of the public institution Dinmukhamed Kunayev Secondary School of the Department of Education of the Glubokovsky District, East Kazakhstan Region. The purpose of the event was to introduce senior students to the university’s infrastructure, educational opportunities, and student life, as well as to help them make an informed choice about their future profession.
During the tour, the participants learned about the history of the university and visited its museums. The Dana Bala Center for Continuous and Inclusive Education sparked particular interest among the school students, where they were introduced to innovative approaches to teaching children and individuals with special educational needs.
As part of the visit, the students also toured the Forensic Center and specialized laboratories, where they were able to see how students develop their practical skills. The university’s scientific library left no less of an impression — the visitors were introduced to educational resources, electronic databases, and modern study spaces.
The event was organized as part of career-guidance work and aimed at supporting graduates in choosing a higher education institution. Participants received detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and various aspects of student life at the university.
For future applicants, the excursion became an excellent opportunity to take a confident step toward choosing a profession and to see firsthand the academic and social atmosphere of the university. University representatives invited the students to become part of the friendly community of Amanzholov University, emphasizing that all the conditions are created here for their professional growth and personal development.
