CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION ON A PAID BASIS

CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION TO THE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM:

- To a foreign citizen - a person of Kazakh nationality who is not a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- The grant includes: free tuition and a monthly stipend.

Information for foreign students planning to study and already studying at the Sarsen Amanzholov EKU
After enrolling in the main educational program at the Non-Profit Limited Company “S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University”, every foreign citizen (student) is obliged to report to the Department of International Cooperation of EKU within two days from the moment of arrival in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to familiarize himself with the rules of stay in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and issue a notification of arrival.
You must have the following documents with you:
- Passport.
Foreign citizens are obliged to comply with the norms of the current migration legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as timely provide the necessary information and documents required to comply with the rules of migration registration.
Every time a foreign citizen crosses the border of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he must personally notify the university inspector about it, and within three days after crossing the border of the Republic of Kazakhstan, report to the International Department (55 Kazakhstan Street, 302 office).
For a long-term stay in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a foreign student needs to issue an appropriate document (VISA or temporary residence permit).

* For students of ethnic Kazakhs: Notarized translation of the certificate indicating that the student is an ethnic Kazakh.

- Consent to accommodation (from the university if the student lives in a university dormitory, or from the owner of the apartment in which the student lives)
1. Foreign students are required to:
- comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, respect the customs and generally accepted traditions of the country;
- comply with the requirements of the University charter, rules of residence in dormitories;
- to carry out orders and orders of the management;
- at least 6 months before the expiration of the national passport, extend or replace it with a new one and submit it to the Department of International Cooperation of the University for making changes to the accounting documents;
- to leave the Republic of Kazakhstan in due time after graduation from the University or after expulsion for other reasons;
- respectfully treat the administration, teachers and staff of the University, each other, not to allow actions that interfere with the educational process, the work of the structural units of the University, immediately comply with the legitimate requirements of the administration and other employees of the University with the appropriate authority to stop violations of the established rules and order at the University.
FROM THE "REGULATIONS ON STUDENT HOUSES"
DEAR STUDENT HOUSE RESIDENTS, REMEMBER!
STUDENTS ARE OBLIGATED TO:
- Strictly observe the order of the student house;
- Maintain cleanliness in their room, in personal and public places, in the yard of the student house;
- to use the property of the student house and the equipment assigned to them with care;
- In case of damage to the property of the student house, a commission from the student council shall be created, and on the basis of the act the damaged property shall be restored in kind. Students have the right to elect and be elected to the student council;
- Observe the safety rules for the operation of electrical and gas equipment;
- to use electricity, hot and cold water economically;
- Participate in clean-up days near the student’s home;
- When going on vacation and practical work, hand over the things assigned to him/her and the keys to the room to the head of the student house.

No unauthorized persons are allowed to enter the student house

It is not allowed to visit the student house in a drunken state, drinking alcoholic beverages, smoking on the territory of the student house;

respect the staff of the student house, the activities of the members of the student council.
