TEACHERS AND STAFF OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY COMPLETED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSES

As part of the annual professional development plan for faculty and staff of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University for 2025, in October–November, teachers and staff completed professional development courses at al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Participants in the training program included Associate Professor Mainur Ordabaeva; senior lecturers Ainur Aubakirova, Halima Zhokanasova, Nurzhan Zhumadilov, Zhanar Akeneva, Zhadyra Kalibek; lecturers Nazerke Amangeldi and Didar Seitjan; as well as university staff Aigul Galiyeva, Nurzhan Rustemova, and Ayim Kenzhebaeva.

Special attention during the courses was given to independent work by the participants, including the study of bachelor’s and master’s programs, innovative teaching technologies, and the organization of work in the reading rooms of KazNU.

In addition, the university’s teachers took part in the national scientific and practical seminar “Sustainable Development Goals of Kazakhstan: Current Status and Prospects,” as well as conferences dedicated to issues of digitalization in education.

Mainur Ordabaeva presented a report on “Human Capital Development as a Basis for Kazakhstan’s Sustainable Economy.”

The completion of the courses contributed to the renewal of professional competencies of the teachers, the expansion of their scientific and methodological base, and the exchange of experience with colleagues from the country’s leading national university.

Participants of the program express their sincere gratitude to the Chairman of the Board – Rector Mukhtar Tolegen – for providing the opportunity to undergo training and improve their qualifications.
