A MOTIVATIONAL MANAGEMENT COURSE FOR CIVIL SERVANTS WAS HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

The Professional Training and Continuing Education Resource Center of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University organized and conducted, from December 1 to 5, 2025, a training course titled “Employee Motivation as a Function of Leadership: Methods and Tools of Motivational Management” for civil servants of the Border Service Department of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan in the East Kazakhstan Region.

The goal of the course was to develop managerial competencies of leadership staff, increase team efficiency, and build skills in applying motivational mechanisms when working with personnel. During the program, participants studied the basics of motivational management, leadership functions, modern methods and tools for employee motivation, as well as approaches to auditing management systems.

The training was led by Senior Lecturer of the Department of Psychology and Correctional Pedagogy, Kymbat Kanapiyanova. Classes were conducted in an interactive format: participants analyzed practical cases and completed exercises to assess and develop managerial skills.

At the end of the course, participants expressed their gratitude to the Chairperson of the Board – Rector Mukhtar Tolegen – for the well-organized program and the opportunity to improve their professional qualifications. Participants noted their readiness to apply motivational management methods in their official practice.

This program became an important initiative aimed at the professional growth of civil servants, improving communication, and enhancing managerial culture.
