CHECK-IN FOR NEW STUDENTS: WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

  • Check in for new students in student houses of S. Amanzholov EKU will last from August 25 to September 5.
  • Applications for settlement of 1st year students are accepted in online-format on the official website of the university www.vku.edu.kz from august 25 to September 5.
  • Students of the 1st course of the Higher School of Pedagogy, students of the 2nd-4th courses of the Higher School of Pedagogy, students studying at the expense of local executive bodies are settled in the Student House №1, located at: Mendeleeva st. 7.
  • Online registration of senior students:
  • Students of 2-4 courses retain their places of previous residence in Student Houses.
  • Students of 2-4 courses from August 30 to September 5 should register by application on the portal of S. Amanzholov EKU.
  • Necessary documents for check-in:
  1. Application addressed to the Rector with visas: Dean of the Higher School and Vice-Rector for Educational Work in the form according to attachment 1;
  2. Copy of the Identity Document.
  3. 3*4 photos (3pcs);
  4. Additional documents are provided if available;
  • Copy of the death certificate of both or the only parent/reference from the orphanage (if available);
  • Copy of the certificate of kandas status (if available);
  • Certificate on the presence of 4 or more children in the family (for large families);
  • Certificate of disability (if available);

 

  • Algorithm of check-in:

 

  • Application and online registration of students;

 

  • Settlement commission and issuance of warrants, approved by the Rector of the University works in the COC “Parasat” located at 30 Gvardeiskii divisii 38-40 from 09:00 to 18:00h. daily (lunch from13:00 to 14:00), including Saturday and Sunday.

 

  • After receiving a warrant from the commission, the student must undergo a medical examination at the health center located at: 30 Gvardeiskii divisii St. 36 (academic building №3, 1st floor), and check-in with the commandant of the Student House.

 

  • -Payment for accommodation in the Houses of Students in the 2022-2023 academic year is for a bed-place for students 10 000 tenge per month.

 

  • -If there are available beds, students from the same family, studying at different faculties, will be settled in one House of Students and in one room in the presence of documents confirming kinship relations (according to the “Housing Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the residence of different-sex children who have reached the age of 14 years should be separate).
