ASSESSING LEARNING ACHIEVEMENTS USING BLOOM’S TAXONOMY

Within the framework of the Winter School of “Academic Innovations” in S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, a seminar for teaching staff on “Assessment of students’ learning achievements through Bloom’s Taxonomy” was held. This is a fundamental tool that is used by teachers and methodologists to form educational goals and assess learning achievements.

Participants discussed the application of Bloom’s Taxonomy in educational practice, as well as modernized versions of the tool developed by Andersen and Kratfold.

The speaker at the event was Gayan Gubaidullina, Associate Professor at the Department of Teacher Education and Management.

-The topic of the seminar is extremely relevant as it is practical in nature. It is important for teachers to be able to apply these concepts in practice when assessing the academic achievements of our students,” said Gayan Gubaidullina.
