ASKHAT AIMAGAMBETOV CONGRATULATED MASTERS ON GRADUATION

Amanzholov University held a solemn event dedicated to the graduation of undergraduates. This year, masters received diplomas from the hands of the deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Aimagambetov, who arrived in the regional center with a working visit.

The ceremony was attended by masters, the best bachelor’s graduates and participants of the program “Serpin”.

-Master’s degree is not just a stage of knowledge acquisition, but the most important tool for professional and personal growth, academic development and formation of competent personnel. In the conditions of rapid development of society and technologies, especially in the field of education, a Master’s degree becomes a necessary requirement of time. The state realizes the strategic importance of training highly qualified specialists, and therefore consistently introduces effective mechanisms to support and motivate citizens to enroll in master’s programs. This corresponds both to the internal priorities of modernization of the education system and the best international practices, – said the deputy.

During the event, a new stream of graduates handed a memorable statuette “Adildik pen shyndyktyn zharkyn ulgisі” to the guest of honor of the university.

-During these two intense years of study there were a lot of interesting events and new experiences. Standing now with a diploma in hand, you realize – it was an important path. There are new challenges ahead – I am going to enter the doctoral program at my native alma mater,” Nariman Kayyrbekov shared his plans.

The statesman also familiarized himself with the large-scale scientific exhibition, where the best projects of young scientists were presented. He emphasized the special need to popularize scientific research interest among young people.

-Today, youth involved in science is our shield in the struggle for technological independence. Innovations, university-based startups, local technologies – all this makes the economy less dependent on raw materials. When our scientists patent discoveries – it is a direct demonstration of the maturity of our state on the world stage, – said Askhat Aimagambetov.

It should be noted that East Kazakhstan University has 39 educational programs of Master’s degree. Among them are the newest MA programs, which today are especially demanded in the labor market: “Management and Leadership in Education”, “Research in Education”, “Digital Pedagogy”, “Philosophy and Religious Studies”, “Management of tourist destinations and sustainable development”, “Nuclear Physics and Radiation Materials Science”, “Computer Engineering” and “Economics and Management”.
