A GRADUATE OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY HAS BEEN ACCEPTED INTO THE PRESIDENTIAL YOUTH PERSONNEL RESERVE

The ranks of young leaders in the field of education in Kazakhstan have been strengthened by another strong specialist.

A graduate of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, a qualified teacher and international certified expert, Maksat Zhampeisov, has been accepted into the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve for 2025 in the category “Social Policy, Civil Society.” This is one of the most prestigious national programs for selecting young professionals ready to contribute to the development of the country. It includes citizens with strategic thinking, a high level of professionalism and leadership qualities. Maksat Dauletkazyuly’s inclusion in this list is not only his personal achievement, but also a vivid confirmation of the high level of the pedagogical school formed at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University.

Maksat Zhampeisov studied at Amanzholov University from 2009 to 2013.

In his speech, he expressed special gratitude to his alma mater:

“I am sincerely grateful to my university. It gave me a strong foundation in pedagogical knowledge, provided solid professional training and gave tremendous support in my development as a specialist. Many thanks to my teachers,” he noted.

Maksat Zhampeisov was born in 1992 in Abai Region. He received his education in the specialty “Russian Language and Literature” at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, where he laid the foundation of his pedagogical career. The knowledge he gained at the university allowed him to grow professionally and participate in major international projects. Later, he successfully completed an MBA program in Business Administration at the prestigious American University of the People (California, USA), which demonstrates his training at the level of international educational standards and high competencies in management.

Today, Maksat Dauletkazyuly is a recognized specialist in the field of pedagogy, whose achievements are acknowledged by leading global educational systems. He is a Chief Examiner for the International Baccalaureate (IB) and an expert on WASC international accreditation (Western Association of Schools and Colleges). These statuses are granted only to highly qualified professionals possessing deep academic knowledge, experience in international standards and a commitment to continuous development.

In Kazakhstan, Maksat Zhampeisov has worked in leading educational institutions of the country. His professional path includes work at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School (Ust-Kamenogorsk), the Astana International School, Astana Garden International School and Zaman School. In these institutions, he actively contributed to improving the educational process and implementing modern pedagogical technologies. In addition, he is the author of the NIS literature teaching and learning complex, which has made a significant contribution to the development of pedagogical science and teaching methodology.

Since February 2024, Maksat Dauletkazyuly has served as the Director of Development of the educational holding “Akbulak Group.” His activities are aimed at developing educational strategies, creating new academic programs and introducing international standards into the education system. He pays special attention to nurturing and developing the younger generation, as well as implementing programs for improving the qualifications of teaching staff.

Amanzholov University has always aimed to educate knowledgeable, responsible and patriotic graduates ready to contribute to the development of the country.
