A MEETING OF THE COMMITTEES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WAS HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

Today, the next meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC “Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University” took place. The main purpose of the meeting was to clarify the strategic directions for the university’s development, improve the organizational structure, and approve the work plans for 2026.

Clarification of the Development Plan
The first item on the agenda was the annual clarification of the development plan for 2025–2029. Board members discussed the strategic goals and key directions for the university’s development over the next five years. The focus was on improving the quality of education, developing research activities, strengthening international cooperation, creating conditions for the comprehensive development of students, and implementing innovative projects.

The second item was making changes to the organizational structure. In order to increase management efficiency and fully utilize the professional potential of staff, certain departments and directions within the university were revised. These changes will help improve the quality of management processes, accelerate decision-making, and ensure that the university’s work aligns with its strategic goals.

Board members also approved the work plan of the Board of Directors for 2026. The document details strategic directions, planned activities, and control mechanisms. This will allow coordination of the university’s activities at all levels and enable effective decision-making on the path of further development.

An important part of the meeting was the approval of the work plans for the internal audit service and the anti-corruption compliance service for 2026. The internal audit service is aimed at strengthening financial and managerial control, as well as developing the auditing system in line with the university’s sustainable development strategy. The anti-corruption compliance service plays a key role in ensuring transparency and accountability in the university’s activities, strengthening legal culture, and systematically implementing measures to combat corruption.

As a result of the meeting, the university’s strategic development directions were clarified, and the organizational structure and departmental work plans were approved. This step contributes to improving the quality of education, developing research, and strengthening the university’s social responsibility.
