A MEETING TO EXPLAIN THE DRAFT OF THE NEW CONSTITUTION WAS HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

Today, a meeting dedicated to explaining the draft of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University. The event was attended by Chairman of the Board – Rector Mukhtar Tolegen, members of the university’s leadership, and students. During the meeting, the key directions of the constitutional amendments and their impact on public life were thoroughly discussed.

The main objective of the event was to familiarize students with the upcoming constitutional reforms and to enhance their legal literacy. Rector Mukhtar Tolegen emphasized the importance of the draft Constitution in clarifying the rights and responsibilities of citizens, as well as improving the effectiveness of public administration. Associate Professor of the Department of Law, Gulmira Bairkenova, provided comprehensive explanations of the legal aspects, supporting them with specific examples.
