A MEETING TO EXPLAIN THE NEW CONSTITUTION PROJECT WAS HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

At the Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, a special meeting was organized to explain the draft of the new Constitution. The event was intended for university staff.

Participants were introduced to the main directions and important innovations of the draft Constitution. During the event, the Chairman of the Board, Rector, and deputy of the VIII convocation of the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Maslikhat, Mukhtar Tolegen, delivered an opening speech. He explained the significance of the new Constitution and its contribution to the legal development of the country.

Next, the floor was given to Angela Gornostaeva, deputy of the 15th electoral district of the VIII convocation of the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Maslikhat. She explained with concrete examples how the draft Constitution could impact the lives of residents at the regional and local levels.

Then, Associate Professor and Candidate of Legal Sciences Gulmira Bairkenova provided a detailed analysis of the legal aspects of the new bill and gave comprehensive answers to participants’ questions.

During the meeting, participants actively asked questions and received answers. This stage allowed for a better understanding of the draft Constitution and an exchange of opinions.

The meeting became an important informational and educational event for all participants and was aimed at explaining the draft Constitution and enhancing public legal literacy.
