A MEETING WAS HELD WITH STUDENTS OF THE PREPARATORY DEPARTMENT

At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, a meeting was held with young people who arrived from the People’s Republic of China and Mongolia.

In the 2025–2026 academic year, 40 young people from these countries were admitted to the university’s Preparatory Department on a grant basis. They study as preparatory students, live in the university dormitory, and actively participate in various cultural, scientific, and sports activities.

During the meeting, the students learned about the university’s history, academic programs, and student life. They also visited academic buildings, research centers, and the library to get acquainted with their facilities and operations.

The preparatory department students are being trained for the Unified National Test, studying the Kazakh language, and preparing to become full-fledged students of the university.

The participants expressed high appreciation for the university’s modern infrastructure, educational potential, and its open and friendly environment.

This meeting contributes to strengthening international cooperation, developing cultural ties among young people, and enhancing the university’s international reputation.
