A regional mathematics olympiad for 11th-grade students from the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk and the East Kazakhstan region was organized at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University.
The olympiad brought together talented, knowledge-driven, and mathematics-enthusiastic school students, providing them with an opportunity to demonstrate deep theoretical knowledge, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
More than 70 students took part in the event. Participants solved complex problems and logical tasks, demonstrating a high level of preparation.

2nd place — Kazken Anelya Baglankyzy, Toleukhan Akerke Almaskyzy
3rd place — Kasenov Nurali, Zhigerbekuly Sali, Maulit Gibyrat, Gazym Mansur Bakhtiyaruly, Berikov Birzhan Bauyrzhanuly
Following the results of the olympiad, the winners and prize-winners were awarded diplomas of the corresponding degrees. The Grand Prix winner will receive a university educational grant for a period of four years. If the Grand Prix winner is awarded a state educational grant, the university grant will be transferred to the first-place diploma holder.
In addition, the holder of the title “Best University Teacher – 2025,” Muratkan Nabenovich Madiyarov, acted as a sponsor and presented valuable prizes to the winners and prize-winners.
The olympiad became an important platform for identifying talented youth, developing their intellectual potential, and increasing interest in mathematics.
