A SEMINAR ON UPDATING STUDY PROGRAMS IN THE FIELD OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

A seminar on the topic “Updating Study Programs in the Field of Artificial Intelligence” was held at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University. The event took place as part of Kazakhstan’s Artificial Intelligence Week.

During the seminar, lecturers from the Department of Computer Modeling and Information Technologies, Ainur Ualkhanova and Zhenisgul Zhantasova, shared the outcomes of their participation in an off-site meeting of the Republican Educational and Methodological Association in the field of information and communication technologies. They presented the experience of leading universities and discussed ongoing efforts to modernize educational programs in artificial intelligence.

In addition, the seminar featured presentations of activities implemented under the TechOrda project.

Participants also discussed the content and implementation of the new educational program “Robotics and Artificial Intelligence,” which will be launched at the Department of Computer Modeling starting from the 2025–2026 academic year.
