AI SANA IN ACTION: DIGITAL BREAKTHROUGH AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

At Amanzholov University, a meeting took place between Zauresh Orazalina, Advisor to the General Director of LLP “PLATONUS,” and the university’s leadership and faculty, during which she presented new digital solutions in the field of education.

During the meeting, the speaker provided detailed information on the main trends in the digitalization of higher education, the advantages of automating the learning process, and the functional capabilities of the Platonus system. It was noted that the platform is a comprehensive system that allows full automation of university business processes, management of electronic document flow, organization of distance learning, and integration with “1C: Accounting” software.

Within the framework of the discussion platform, the integration of the Platonus and AI Sana platforms was considered, which will play a key role in the digital transformation of the university. This system offers capabilities for analyzing administrative and academic processes, optimizing document workflows, forecasting students’ academic outcomes, and developing new educational courses based on AI.

Zauresh Orazalina highlighted trends in the digitalization of higher education in Kazakhstan and emphasized the importance of automation. During the meeting, she noted:
