AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY LECTURER — WINNER OF THE REGIONAL COMPETITION “BEST CAREER GUIDANCE SPECIALIST – 2025”

As part of the Year of Working Professions, on December 24, 2025, the Regional Center for Vocational Education of the East Kazakhstan Region held a regional competition “Best Career Guidance Specialist” at the Ust-Kamenogorsk Multidisciplinary Technological College, involving colleges from across the region.

The purpose of the competition was to identify and support the best specialists in the field of career guidance, to find effective and modern forms of career-oriented work, and to promote in-demand professions in accordance with the needs of the regional labor market.

Based on the results of the competition, the best career guidance specialists of 2025 and the prize winners were determined:
1st place — Leyla Asylkhan, Higher College of VKU named after Sarsen Amanzholov;
2nd place — Symbat Abdrakhmanova, Ust-Kamenogorsk Multidisciplinary Technological College;
3rd place — Alfiya Toktasinova, Higher College named after Kumash Nurgaliyev.

Additionally, winners were recognized in special nominations of the competition:
“Best Video” — Madi Kudaybergenov, Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Polytechnic College;
“Best Career Guidance Project” — Mayna Lisovtsova, Altai District Agricultural College;
“Best Career Guidance Specialist” — Oleg Bukhov, Higher IT College of VKTU named after Daulet Serikbayev.

The best practices and experiences of the competition winners will be implemented and disseminated among schools and colleges in the East Kazakhstan Region. The organizers express their gratitude to all participants for their professionalism, creative approach, and contribution to the development of the region’s career guidance system, and wish them continued success and new achievements.
