AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY STUDENT MANSUR TURLYBEKOV SHOWED HEROISM IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION

A student of group IS3B(11) at the Higher College of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, Mansur Turlybekov, demonstrated exceptional courage during his industrial internship in the village of Urzhar, Urzhar District. Noticing a fire in a residential house on Altynsarina Street, Mansur immediately began extinguishing the flames using available means. At the same time, he ensured the evacuation of the residents to a safe location and promptly called the fire department and police.

Thanks to the student’s swift and decisive actions, the fire was extinguished in time, preventing harm to people and material damage. Mansur’s bravery and vigilance in the emergency were highly praised by residents and the competent authorities. The homeowner, A. Tokmoilova, expressed sincere gratitude and appreciation to the student. In addition, Mansur was awarded letters of appreciation from the Akim of Urzhar District, A. Bashimbaev, and from the head of the Urzhar District Emergency Situations Department, Colonel of Civil Protection B. Sayanov.

Mansur Turlybekov’s actions demonstrate not only his personal courage and civic responsibility but also reflect that students of our university are developing as educated, active, and socially responsible individuals. The university administration and faculty highly commended his heroism and wished him continued success in his future professional career.
