AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY STUDENTS BECAME PRIZE WINNERS OF A VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT IN TALDYKORGAN

From April 4 to 9, 2026, a women’s volleyball tournament was held in the city of Taldykorgan as part of the Student Sports League of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Eastern Division).

The tournament brought together 10 higher education institutions from different regions of the country: 3 universities from the East Kazakhstan region, 3 from the city of Semey, and 4 from the Pavlodar region.

The matches were held in a tense and exciting atmosphere. The teams demonstrated a high level of preparation, strong teamwork, and a determination to win.

As a result of the tournament, students of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University won an honorable second place and secured a spot in the national final of the Student Sports League. This achievement contributes to the further development of sports at the university and will serve as strong motivation for the participants ahead of upcoming competitions.
