ANOTHER ACADEMIC COUNCIL MEETING TOOK PLACE

Today, another Academic Council meeting was held at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University. Five important items were on the agenda. The participants discussed issues and prospects for the development of dual education, as well as the activities of department branches. N.O. Sadirbekova, Head of the Department for Organization of Educational and Methodological Work, presented the relevant information, highlighting key directions for further improvement of this form of specialist training and its importance for enhancing the practice-oriented nature of education.

Special attention was given to the results of the Quality Assurance Commission of the Higher School of IT and Natural Sciences, the Higher School of Pedagogy, the Higher School of Business and Law, and the Higher School of Humanities. Deans of the higher schools presented reports on the work performed, outlined the achievements, and identified current tasks to improve the quality of educational programs and academic processes.

The meeting also considered the development of trilingual education at the university. The deans of the higher schools, together with N.O. Sadirbekova, presented plans for the development of trilingual education, which were thoroughly discussed and recognized as an important element in modernizing educational activities and increasing the competitiveness of graduates.

Additionally, information was presented on the implementation of the 2025 plan for publishing educational and methodological literature, and the draft plan for 2026 publications was reviewed. N.O. Sadirbekova provided an analysis of the current state and proposed directions for further work.
