ANOTHER BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING TOOK PLACE AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, another Board of Directors meeting was held, during which key issues of the university’s strategic, personnel, and financial-control development were discussed.

During the meeting, special attention was given to the annual update of the university’s Development Plan for 2025–2029, with a focus on the objectives for 2026. Members of the Board of Directors reviewed reports from the committee chairs on the results of activities for 2025, discussed risk management issues, approved the fees for the auditing organization conducting the 2025 financial statement audit, and considered proposals to amend the regulations on the university’s internal audit service.

The meeting confirmed the university’s commitment to the principles of corporate governance, transparency, and strategic continuity. The decisions made are aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University and improving the efficiency of its operations in the upcoming period.
