APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN FOR THE NATIONAL OLYMPIAD ON FINANCIAL SECURITY – 2026

The application process for participation in the National Olympiad on Financial Security – 2026 has begun. Participant registration will take place from 09:00 on March 1 to 14:00 on March 31, 2026 on the website of the AML Academy of Financial Monitoring.

Students of 2nd–3rd years and 1st-year master’s students of the scientific and pedagogical track studying in the educational programs “Law,” “Economics,” “International Relations,” and “Information Security” are eligible to participate in the Olympiad. Before participating, all candidates must complete mandatory registration on the official website amlacademy.kz.

The Olympiad will be conducted in Kazakh and Russian languages (participants may choose either) and will be held in both online and offline formats. Participation is free of charge.

The National Olympiad includes three stages:

Stage 1 — Online testing (April 2, 2026)
Announcement of Stage 1 results — April 6, 2026

Stage 2 — Essay writing in online or offline format (April 8, 2026)
Results of Stage 2 — April 15, 2026
Appeal process — April 16, 2026

Stage 3 — Final selection (April 27, 2026)

Following the final stage, 10 winners will be determined through an intellectual chess game, which will take place offline in the city of Astana.

The final results of the Olympiad will be announced on April 28, 2026.

The winners of the National Olympiad will represent the Republic of Kazakhstan at the International Olympiad on Financial Security, which will be held from September 27 to October 2, 2026, in Krasnoyarsk (Russian Federation).
