BOOK PRESENTATION BY WRITER AND JOURNALIST ONDASSYN YELUBAY “GHUMYR DASTAN” AND “KÖZDEN KETSE DE”

At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, a presentation of new books by the well-known writer, journalist, and special correspondent of the newspaper “Qazaq Sport” Ondassyn Elubai, titled “Gumyr Dastan” and “Kozden Ketсе De,” took place.

The event was opened by the Rector of the University, Mukhtar Tolegen, who gave high praise to the writer’s creative work. In his speech, the Chairman of the Board emphasized that through the writer’s works, national values and moral principles are glorified, and, in keeping with Kazakh tradition, respect and honor were paid to the author.
Ondassyn Elubai is a journalist, writer, member of the Union of Writers and Journalists of Kazakhstan, Honored Cultural and Sports Figure, and an honorary citizen of Ust-Kamenogorsk.

The official presentation of the books was held in a solemn atmosphere by Mukhtar Adilbekovich Tolegen and Zhаnadil Ataev, an honored coach of Kazakhstan, USSR Master of Sports, and international-class referee. This moment became a significant event for the university staff and students, filled with spiritual impressions.

The event was also attended by the Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the East Kazakhstan Region, four-time world kickboxing champion, international-class Master of Sports, and university graduate Askar Mozhanov, who wished the writer creative success and emphasized the importance of motivation for young people.

During the evening, Zhanadil Ataev expressed warm wishes and highlighted the educational and spiritual values reflected in the author’s works.
Additionally, second-year student of the “Kazakh Language and Literature” educational program and young poet Ali Yermekov recited a dedication to the writer.
