COOPERATION BETWEEN UNIVERSITIES: ONLINE MEETING HELD ON THE TEACHER RETRAINING PROGRAM

To enhance the experience of implementing the teacher retraining program between higher education institutions and strengthen mutual cooperation, an online meeting was held for the exchange of best practices.

The event was attended by representatives from various universities, who discussed the implementation process of the teacher retraining program, instructional and methodological support, ways to improve the quality of training, and opportunities for collaboration.

During the meeting, Bakytgul Isebaeva, Director of the Professional Training and Advanced Qualification Resource Center at East Kazakhstan University named after Sarsen Amanzholov, shared her experience in implementing the program, features of instructional and methodological support, and approaches aimed at increasing the effectiveness of training.

As part of the online meeting, participants outlined joint steps for improving the teacher retraining process, implementing collaborative initiatives, and enhancing the quality of education.

At the conclusion of the meeting, university representatives expressed their readiness to strengthen mutual partnerships, expand platforms for exchanging experience, and continue the joint development of the teacher retraining program.
