COURSE “PERSONNEL MOTIVATION AS A FUNCTION OF A MANAGER. METHODS AND MEANS OF MOTIVATIONAL MANAGEMENT”

Resource Center for professional training and advanced training of East Kazakhstan University from August 7 holds a course for employees of the Department of Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan in East Kazakhstan region on the topic: “Personnel motivation as a function of the head. Methods and means of motivational management”.

The main purpose of the course is to develop managerial competencies and skills of application of methods and means of motivational management to strengthen leadership positions and increase the effectiveness of the team.

The course is conducted by Julia Kukina, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology and Correctional Pedagogy, Candidate of Psychological Sciences.

At the end of the course the students receive certificates.
